Lance is an agency veteran who has over 20 years experience in the industry. During over a decade at TAXI, Lance was integral in the creation of the agency’s most iconic work for clients including MINI, Koodo, Nike, Viagra, Canadian Tire, and Kraft MiO. His work has been recognized by D&AD, Cannes, the One Show, and more.
MANAGING DIRECTOR + CREATIVE DIRECTOR, MONTREAL
As a Copywriter and Creative Director for agencies like Cossette, BBDO, Ogilvy Montreal, and Bos (DenstuBos), as well as freelancing, Martin has created notable and rewarded campaigns for local and national brands over the past 20 years, such as Nissan, Ikea, Kraft, Pepsi, Labatt, Réno-Dépôt, Winners, and National Bank, among others. In 2015, he joined UNION to open and lead its new Montreal operation.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Boni comes from an audit, accounting, mergers, acquisitions and operations background. Before joining UNION, she spent nine years at the agency holding company level, working across businesses and countries, in the marketing and communication industry. She now leads the development and execution of our financial strategy, along with IT, Talent/HR and the day-to-day operations of the agency. Boni also spearheads contract negotiations, profitability analysis, and financial management of accounts.

Over the course of her 22 years in the industry, Jen’s expertly managed the seamless development and flawless execution of campaigns for such high profile clients as Molson Canadian, Ford of Canada, IKEA, Mr. Sub, INFINITI, Kraft, and Best Buy. As part of our executive team, Jen keeps the entire office running on schedule - all while keeping a smile on her face - and leads all of the production work developed at UNION.
As a true Digital native, Keefe has always placed a heavy emphasis on integrating innovation into the marketing mix. Much of the success of the UNION social and digital offering is informed by Keefe's early adoption of new platforms to help clients maximize their budgets. As VP of Innovation, he applies his understanding and unique approach to user experience, product development, and innovation support for creative teams.
