Lance is an agency veteran who has over 20 years experience in the industry. During over a decade at TAXI, Lance was integral in the creation of the agency’s most iconic work for clients including MINI, Koodo, Nike, Viagra, Canadian Tire, and Kraft MiO. His work has been recognized by D&AD, Cannes, the One Show, and more.

Catherine has spent over 20 years working at agencies such as McCann, TAXI and Juniper Park, as well as client side at Nike. She has a breadth of experience in several industries working on iconic brands such as, Frito-Lay/PepsiCo (US), Canadian Tire and Viagra, to name a few. Her work at agencies and as a client have earned several Canadian and International awards.
MANAGING DIRECTOR + CREATIVE DIRECTOR, MONTREAL
As a Copywriter and Creative Director for agencies like Cossette, BBDO, Ogilvy Montreal, and Bos (DenstuBos), as well as freelancing, Martin has created notable and rewarded campaigns for local and national brands over the past 20 years, such as Nissan, Ikea, Kraft, Pepsi, Labatt, Réno-Dépôt, Winners, and National Bank, among others. In 2015, he joined UNION to open and lead its new Montreal operation.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
From an audit, financial reporting, operations and M&A background Boni has spent her career working with marketing, communications companies, across borders. At UNION she is business partner to the President, helping set overall strategy and leading the development and execution of the financial strategy. Boni is responsible for all administrative operations at multiple offices; talent management, recruiting, IT. Boni directs budgeting, forecasting, client and vendor contract negotiations, profitability analysis and general financial management.

Over the course of her 22 years in the industry, Jen’s expertly managed the seamless development and flawless execution of campaigns for such high profile clients as Molson Canadian, Ford of Canada, IKEA, Mr. Sub, INFINITI, Kraft, and Best Buy. As part of our executive team, Jen keeps the entire office running on schedule - all while keeping a smile on her face - and leads all of the production work developed at UNION.
Rica Eckersley has been in the industry for over 15 years. Along with her partner Adam Thur, she has worked at top creative shops including Juniper Park, TAXI 2, and Leo Burnett. In 2014 she joined UNION, where she is now a Creative Director. She has worked on a wide range of brands such as Audi, Virgin Mobile, IKEA, Frito-Lay, Best Buy, and EQ Bank. Her work has been recognized at the One Show, the Marketing Awards, Applied Arts, and more. She is also a Second City-trained improv and sketch comedian and champagne enthusiast.
Throughout his 12 years in the industry, Adam has worked at renowned agencies like Juniper Park, TAXI 2 and Leo Burnett. In 2014 he joined UNION, where he is now a Creative Director. Together with his creative partner Rica Eckersley, Adam has created innovative campaigns for a wide range of clients, including Audi, IKEA, Virgin Mobile, Jamieson Vitamins, EQ Bank, and Frito-Lay. Outside of work, Adam continues to draw and paint, although he doesn’t tell any of his artist friends that he works in advertising.
