One of Marketing Magazine’s “Ones to Watch,” Nijjar brings with him over 14 years of strategic and digital planning experience working on global brands like IBM, Microsoft, IKEA, Unilever, BestBuy, Under Armour and Domino’s, as well as Canadian clients in industries ranging from consumer packaged goods to non-for-profit.
The other half of the UNION partnership is 18-year agency veteran Lance Martin, who brings one of the strongest creative resumés in the industry. Lance most recently served as Executive Creative Director at TAXI 2. During over a decade at TAXI, Lance was integral in the creation of the agency’s most awarded work for clients including MINI, Koodo, Nike, Viagra, Canadian Tire and most recently on Kraft Mio.
As a Copywriter and Creative Director for agencies like Cossette, BBDO, Ogilvy Montreal, and Bos (DenstuBos), as well as freelancing, Martin has created notable and rewarded campaigns for local and national brands over the past 20 years, such as Nissan, Ikea, Kraft, Pepsi, Labatt, Réno-Dépôt, Winners, and National Bank, among others. In 2015, he joined UNION to open and lead its new Montreal operation.
